By accessing, browsing, registering, or using Wolfie Tales, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Notice and other policies published within the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the service.

Wolfie Tales is a digital platform focused on reading experiences and family entertainment that offers features such as: creation of personalized stories, user and reader profiles, credits, and interactive visual content. Features may vary by region or future updates.

For certain features, you must create an account with true information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or cancel accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

Designed for a family environment. When involving minors, account registration and management must be performed by the parent or legal guardian, who assumes supervision and compliance with these terms.

We offer free services and paid options through the pay-per-event purchase of credits. The details of credit packages and costs are shown at the time of purchase. Credits are for the exclusive and personal use of the user, are non-transferable between accounts, do not represent a refundable monetary balance, do not generate interest, and can only be used within the platform to generate stories, images, or audio according to the current rules. Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active, with an inactive account defined as one with no login activity for more than 12 months.

Credit prices include applicable taxes. Transactions are processed on a pay-per-event (one-time purchase) basis, so there are no recurring charges or automatic billing. Security: Card transactions are processed through the secure payment gateway Openpay, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards and uses SSL encryption; under no circumstances do we store or have access to your full card details (for more information, visit https://www.openpay.mx/). Delivery timeline: The credits are assigned to your account immediately upon payment confirmation by the provider (and exceptionally up to 24 hours due to technical latency). Refunds and cancellation: Once credits are assigned to the user's account, payments are non-refundable unless legally required. In the event of a technical failure where the credits are not assigned despite the charge being completed, or if a refund legally applies, the user may request it by writing to support@me.wolfietales.com. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

The user warrants holding the rights to any text or ideas entered into the platform. The stories, images, and audios are generated using third-party artificial intelligence technologies, and their results are variable and unpredictable. Wolfie Tales does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, exclusivity, or copyright ownership of the resulting creations. The end user (parent or legal guardian) assumes sole responsibility for supervising and reviewing the generated content before presenting it to minors. It is strictly prohibited to enter sensitive data or real identification of minors in the text generation fields.

Unlawful use, fraud, attempting to breach security, mass data extraction (scraping), offensive or illegal content, and the use of unauthorized bots are prohibited.

All rights to the platform, code, design, trademarks, and logos belong to Wolfie Tales AI. A limited, non-transferable license is granted to use the service according to its purpose.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, but interruptions, maintenance, or technical errors may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Wolfie Tales and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the service or AI-generated results. In no event shall Wolfie Tales' total liability exceed the total amount actually paid by the user to the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Non-waivable consumer rights under applicable legislation are not limited.

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Relevant changes will be informed through reasonable means. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For disputes, parties submit to the competent authorities, unless legal provision favors the consumer.
